lol hi everyone!

i'm so busy with work and trying to hang out with friends. as you may already know now from [link] i got my new desktop and my software, does this mean i will use it? maybe. does this mean i'll use it well? no. sadly no. OTL but maybe i'll keep at it?
my mother's b-day was the 15th and boy. she was just happy to get presents! and she was even happier when she opened them. i got her a Nintendo DS Lite. yes a strange gift to give for a mother but boy does she love it. she plays the Brain Age game that my brother bought to accompany my present [yay combos] she was so excited about it that she decided to go to a lil get together that she really didn't want to go to just so she CAN get bored and take it out and play it. LOL. [in case if you were wondering the color of the DS it's "metallic rose" which is a fancy way of saying i'm a kick ass silver pink] but the best part of it, so great it make my side hurt and tear up with laughter, was my father.

he got his hand at playing Brain Age, you had to say the color

ME AND MY BROTHER WERE LAUGHING SO HARD HOMG LOLOLOL

eventually he got a screen that pretty much said "can't understand you" which also means, "you don't speak english well" but then again i think my father did pretty good, aside from his thick Mexican accent and his cursing at it.

thinking about it makes me laugh


also, i got lucky and was able to go see one of my favorite bands play [Stars Go Dim], but not only are one of my favs. they have become people i know by name and they know my name too. i know them through my bf's family.
i got to see them play at a lounge, which was pretty nice. i was dressed up rather nice and i got a lot of stares =@A@= i'm not used to the attention;; all i know is that my bf was telling me how pretty i was and pulled on me when a guy was staring at me LOL. that's what i get for wearing a skirt and stockings orz . when the band was done playing the bassist Mike asked me to pass out lil flyers for them cuz he wanted a pretty girl to do it. LOL;;
but it was actually surprising REALLY easy to pass them out. everyone i asked took one. \=>w<=/

i am also designing t-shirts for them to look over [and hopefully use] wish me luck!
